The Forum is pleased to welcome Mark Emkes to the podium for a discussion of state and national fiscal and economic policy.
Mr. Emkes currently serves as the Commissioner of Finance and Administration for the State of Tennessee where he acts as the state's chief operating officer in charge of budgeting and finance functions. Emkes' appointment to this position comes after spending 33 years with the Bridgestone Firestone corporation. At his retirement, Emkes was serving as Chairman and CEO of Bridgestone Americas Holding, Inc.
Please join us in welcoming Mr. Emkes to the Forum on Thursday, February 7, at Club LeConte, atop the First Tennessee Building, 800 South Gay Street.
